Tomorrow Michael and I are leaving to go to Haiti with a group from our church. We will be serving at the orphanage at Canaan Christian Community near Montrouis, Haiti. Some friends from our care group at church will be staying with the kids. Our care group has really stepped up to make this trip happen for us - lending backpacks, caring for our children, providing transportation, praying, and more.
I'm having a hard time leaving the kids, but I'm also really excited about the trip! We leave Sat evening, March 3 and return late Friday, March 9. I'll try to post pictures next weekend.
