SNOW!!!!

I woke up this morning to a loud shout coming from Kathleen & Joshua's room, "It snowed!!!" We were all hoping to wake up to snow this morning and we are all very excited that it actually happened! Now, I'll admit that I have a tendency to exaggerate a bit when it comes to snow: a steady downfall looks like a blizzard to this Southern girl, but Michael assures me that it's safe to say there is a good two inches on the ground and it's still snowing!! (practically a blizzard, at the moment :) The older kids and I went out to play a bit before breakfast. We had a lot of fun exploring,

making snow angels,
and throwing snow at each other!

The snow is too dry right now to make a snowman so we'll wait to do that when it starts to melt.
