April Fool's Fun
Thought I'd have a little fun with supper tonight so I made a Fauxberry Pie. Daisy sent me a link a few days ago of the recipe and I decided to try it. I altered the recipe a bit to fit with what I had on hand. Basically it was meatloaf with potatoes on top which I guess is actually a shepherd's pie. But this one looked like a yummy dessert pie - chocolate on bottom and pink coolwhip on top (I dyed the potatoes). Kathleen was actually not very amused.
